The answers to questions I asked on the phone were 100 percent accurate when we arrived at the dealership. Michael Norris & CJ did a fantastic job working together and with us to select our vehicle, meet percent accurate when we arrived at the dealership. Michael Norris & CJ did a fantastic job working together and with us to select our vehicle, meet our financial goals in purchasing the vehicle, and delivering the vehicle. The only drawback was a lengthy delay in getting info into F&I and getting us into that office to finalize paperwork. I would definitely purchase here again and refer friends and relatives...even though the dealership is 60+ miles from our home. More
