Hi! My name is C.J. Jacobs, and I have been in the automotive business for 15 years, starting out as a porter and working my way up to Sales Manager. Customers enjoy working with me because I always listen to their needs and provide them with honest service. Outside of the dealership, my free time is spent with my two sons and other family and friends. I lived in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Oak Park, MI. I am a graduate of Oak Park High and Ferris State. Enjoy playing softball whenever I have the time. My favorite sports teams are the Detroit Lions and the Tigers. Like to talk about cars and sports with my customers. Providing exceptional service to my guests is what I do best. I love to make them feel great about their purchase!

Joyce is awesome! I originally had another car salesman named TJ who was was rude, obnoxious and when I asked what type of car can I get his response was something with I originally had another car salesman named TJ who was was rude, obnoxious and when I asked what type of car can I get his response was something with floor mats. He quickly judged me off my challenges credit which was very discouraging. I made a complaint to the Sales Manager, CJ, and he quickly directed me to Joyce. Both CJ and Joyce were very professional and caring. I will purchase other cars from her in the future. Vince in finance was great too. More

I had an amazing experience I went to purchase a new vehicle. Matt took very good care of me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted and didn't want I went to purchase a new vehicle. Matt took very good care of me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted and didn't want and he didn't veer. He even went as far as to personally move my children's (2) carseats from the old vehicle to the new vehicle. He even took the time to properly mount them into the vehicle in the freezing cold temperatures. The sales manager CJ was also awesome. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to to see Matt. More
