Hi! My name is C.J. Jacobs, and I have been in the automotive business for 15 years, starting out as a porter and working my way up to Sales Manager. Customers enjoy working with me because I always listen to their needs and provide them with honest service. Outside of the dealership, my free time is spent with my two sons and other family and friends. I lived in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Oak Park, MI. I am a graduate of Oak Park High and Ferris State. Enjoy playing softball whenever I have the time. My favorite sports teams are the Detroit Lions and the Tigers. Like to talk about cars and sports with my customers. Providing exceptional service to my guests is what I do best. I love to make them feel great about their purchase!

All around great experience! I found myself visiting Serra after having a bad experience at the dealership down the street from my house. I actually just wanted to stop in and see I found myself visiting Serra after having a bad experience at the dealership down the street from my house. I actually just wanted to stop in and see a certain truck in person. I’m really glad I was able to meet the salesman Patrick Kemokai because he and his wonderful support staff(C.J., Kellie and Vince just to name a few) were able to help me get into a great new truck for cheaper than I expected!
