This was my first time buying a New, New car. I must have seen 9 or 10 different dealers (including several other Toyota dealers). The Schaumburg Toyota Dealership is the ONLY dealer that didn’t harass have seen 9 or 10 different dealers (including several other Toyota dealers). The Schaumburg Toyota Dealership is the ONLY dealer that didn’t harass me with calls or talk down to me. Joseph Russano and CJ Manczko dealt very fair and openly with me. Joseph was great in making certain that I got the deal I wanted with all the amenities that made sense for me. He explained all the different options, with their pros and cons, so I could make informed choices. At the time of the deal CJ, the Manager, really made me feel like a valued customer by taking the time to go through the deal and make certain everything I wanted was included.
