AMAZING! I came into the dealership with a referral from my father who previously purchased a vehicle from CT Thorn. My father doesnt like too many people so f I came into the dealership with a referral from my father who previously purchased a vehicle from CT Thorn. My father doesnt like too many people so for him to speak highly of him it surprised me so I took a chance and waited to purchase my vehicle in Alabama versus South Carolina. CT Thorn was amazing and made my car buying experience extremely simple and stress free. He didnt have my vehicle on the lot but took the time to do the research and find the vehicle I wanted for the price I needed. Had a driver go to Columbus Mississippi and had my vehicle the next day after some negotiating with the other dealership. He was very patient and explained everything in detail to help make my decision. I bought a 2018 Chevy Traverse without ever seeing it or test driving one and I could not be happier with my purchase. It is more than I could have ever imagined and fits the needs of my family. I would recommend CT Thorn and the Larry Puckett dealership to anyone. He actively listened and truly showed through his actions he was on my side in finding me the vehicle I needed, not just trying to sell a car. Another positive is he has to be the fastest salesman I have ever met, i spent an hour, if that, in the dealership between two separate days.
