I came into dealer and explained what code Was on computer airbag module. 8 hours Later they came to me and said airbag module not working. Then couldn’t replace Until Tuesday cause two people no computer airbag module. 8 hours Later they came to me and said airbag module not working. Then couldn’t replace Until Tuesday cause two people not working On Monday. Why at glory Nissan is there no Communication between employees. An Airbag module seems like an item that should be attended to which I feel the staff At glory Nissan doesn’t need to address with Any kind of urgency for the amount of money I was charged there seems like There would be better service. We will see how long. It take to replace Airbag module that is there since Saturday With appointment scheduled for Tuesday On Saturday I anticipate another 8 hours day without vehicle More

Cabrina is extremely unprofessional! She doesn’t know how to converse with the customer but is able to throw insults and speak to them degrading. She has no follow up with the customer as they keep the car for days after it was supposed to be completed . She should definitely be re trained on her customer service and communicative skills. First off I bought a car and on the 29th day my alternator went out and trapped me and my kids in the car and 105° weather for almost 10 minutes. I went back-and-forth and finally they were willing alternator went out and trapped me and my kids in the car and 105° weather for almost 10 minutes. I went back-and-forth and finally they were willing to pay for my battery even though I let them know that I would like to go through AAA so I can have a warranty on my battery so they gave me a battery with no warranty when I first signed all my paperwork for the car. They had my down payment wrong by $1000 so I had to scoop up an extra thousand dollars out of nowhere. I would not suggest glory Nissan to anyone near and dear to my heart. More
