Most of my dealings with the dealership for very good. Amon Udin and Caitlyn were wonderful to work with. I wasn’t happy to be informed for the first time in the middle of the closing that the loan intere Amon Udin and Caitlyn were wonderful to work with. I wasn’t happy to be informed for the first time in the middle of the closing that the loan interest rate had greatly increased from what I was quoted when I ordered the car. While I can understand an increased rate, knowledge in the days prior to the closing would have been helpful as it would have impacted my decision on how much to put down as a down payment on the car. Also to be told there was no check on other loan providers to see if a better rate could be obtained based upon an assumption that it wouldn’t have made a difference, did not make me feel that my best interests were taken into account. More
