I appreciated Cal's no-pressure approach, fast if not immediate answers to my questions and willingness to work with my difficult schedule. I've purchased several cars and have long disliked the process, especially when buying used. Surprisingly, Cal made the process enjoyable and he exceeded my expectations. The next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle I'll be calling him without hesitation. I'd also like to note the entire team at Lexus of Wayzata contributed to my positive experience. One final note. In the past I've had things stolen from cars when in the care of dealerships. When I traded in my old vehicle I left something in the car. It belonged to a client and I feared it may have disappeared. A couple days later I received a call from Cal letting me know his staff ran across the (expensive) item and he arranged for prompt return. He was very knowledgable about the car and answered all of my questions. When I came to pick up the car there was a scratch on one of the side mirrors. I ended up deciding that I wanted it fixed and it was done without any problem. The car looked like a brand new car when I bought it even though it was a preowned vehicle.
