the situation was different. I had just bought a car 1 month previous from this dealer and it turned out not to be the car that I needed. I asked Cal to put some numbers together for a different car. He month previous from this dealer and it turned out not to be the car that I needed. I asked Cal to put some numbers together for a different car. He cautioned me that I would be penalized trading the car in so soon. I realized that I made a mistake and asked that he make it painless as he could. With his help we came to a decent price with management. The dealership has always been greatr to me. More

My experience with the Lexus Dealership of Wayzata and Cal Ryan was a very satisfying experience. Cal showed me vehicles I was interested in and helped me decide which one would meet my needs. There was Cal Ryan was a very satisfying experience. Cal showed me vehicles I was interested in and helped me decide which one would meet my needs. There was never any pressure to buy. He was very knowledgable about the car and answered all of my questions. When I came to pick up the car there was a scratch on one of the side mirrors. I ended up deciding that I wanted it fixed and it was done without any problem. The car looked like a brand new car when I bought it even though it was a preowned vehicle. Everyone was very professional and more than helpful at all times. I have already recommended the dealership and Cal Ryan to two of my friends. More

Cal Ryan was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me a test drive for my Lexus ES 350 2011. My preferred color (champaigne) had to be shipped in but arrived quickly.
