One thing we really appreciated was how quickly she sent us a detailed video of the vehicle and unlike many other videos we received from other dealerships, she actually had the vehicle running and took the time to thoroughly go over everything. That extra effort made a huge difference for us as we were over an hour and a half away. She was transparent, easy to communicate with, and never made us feel pressured. The entire experience felt smooth and straightforward, which we really valued while making such a big purchase.
