I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, but they were real nice about it. I waited for the car to get service. Didn’t take very long maybe 45 minutes. Waiting room was real. Vicente Martinez, Jose Rodriguez, Louie Trent were very knowledgeable, professional, quality focused and personable. Vicente called to let us know our desired car was on the lot.
