I added a clear shield to my loan and cannot get ahold of an actual person to make the initial appointment. It sends you to a computer which wants to schedule a diagnostics appointment and when you try calli an actual person to make the initial appointment. It sends you to a computer which wants to schedule a diagnostics appointment and when you try calling for a person it goes to voicemail. Even when I call another department they cannot find anyone working in the service department that can help me. People like working with people NOT computers. More

The service was great; however, they would not take my check after over 10 years and 3 vehicles we have serviced with them. Not such a big deal except for the 3% service charge on the credit card...espec check after over 10 years and 3 vehicles we have serviced with them. Not such a big deal except for the 3% service charge on the credit card...especially when the service and parts are charged at a premium. Who carries $1200 in cash anymore? More
