Outside the dealership, I’m active in my church’s music team and used to drag race cars and motorcycles—lots of stories there!

We understand how upsetting it must have been to go through a credit check and begin the purchase process, only to be informed the vehicle was no longer available. To clarify our policy: while we do allow deposits to temporarily hold a vehicle, a car is not officially removed from the market until the deposit is received and confirmed. We regret that there was a breakdown in communication and that the timing led to another customer purchasing the vehicle before your hold was completed.
