Everyone is very polite and professional. Anytime I have been there I am always greeted right away. I’m thinking about going to another dealer for service. Wasn’t treated very well. They didn’t seem like they wanted to do the work. They went by the diagnosis I got from a machine that is outdated. They were told so when I made the call to bring the car in. When I got in the car to leave, it looked like I had a low tire, front passenger side. So I stopped in the parking lot and got out and looked around. Tires look like they were all inflated correctly. A flat tire would’ve been the least of my problems. When I pulled on the road from the parking lot, my car made a terrible squealing sound. It was coming from the brakes. I know now that I should have turned around and addressed the situation while I was still in the parking lot. I drove home with no change in the noises I was hearing. I don’t think that this has anything to do with the brake noises that I heard but the last time I had service done on my car they suggested I get new windshield wipers. It was raining that day. I didn’t see any issue with the wipers when I drop the car off for service. I told him that I would take care of that. When I got in the car and tried to wash the windows with the fluid and the wipers, it smeared the window like it may have gotten some type of product on it. Two more things. I understand that washing my car and vacuuming.the inside is a courtesy. I appreciate when they do that for me. It was not done the last time I brought my car in. Another thing that wasn’t done was the reminder sticker usually placed on the driver side front window in the top left corner. They didn’t put one of those in my car. Has Ken Ganley.Kia has gotten too big to take care of the customers like they did before. Maybe they have new people working for them because I didn’t recognize anyone I came in contact with. I bought Kia because of the warranty that comes with it. my husband is getting older and it’s hard for him to work on our cars. We have always owned GM products. It was a big step for us to get.a Kia. Will I buy another Kia or recommend one to a friend? If they ask me how I liked mine I would have to be honest with them and tell them that I probably wouldn’t buy another.Kia. I’m guessing that this has been a waste of my time telling you this., But I’m glad that I was able to let you know how I feel. Please prove me wrong by doing the right thing and take care of all of your customers. Honestly, if Kia made some changes, I would buy another one. I like my Sportage, but unless something changes, I won’t be buying another one. Thank you, Someone who would like to buy another Kia. More
