My service experience was not great. Andre is not a people person. First contact to last was not great. I had my Running boards installed from trade in to new truck. When they were I Andre is not a people person. First contact to last was not great. I had my Running boards installed from trade in to new truck. When they were Installed they were not wiped down. Something was splashed all over them. Not a big deal I’ll wash them myself but I would have expected more. Had questions about my charging pad because it wasn’t working for me. Andre’s response well tech said it’s working. They have problems all the time bad design.i will not use Andre in the future due his attitude. When I arrived for my appointment “well I don’t have the keys to your truck from sales yet” so I don’t know. Sales experience was great Caleb 5 star. Finance was great Jazmine 5 star. More
