While it was in the shop I said I thought i heard a bearing noise and asked them to check. Without test driving it, they gave the wheels a good shake while our was up getting the oil changed and declar bearing noise and asked them to check. I was right, a quick test drive and five minutes on a lift and they found a bad drivers front wheel bearing and stuck caliper. I'm in that shop's waiting area more getting it fixed. More

Key Ford will not give the most aggrious complaints therefore they are not honest in their reviews. The sales part of the dealership is great. The service department has me questioning their attention to detail. I brought our one ton work truck in for it's first oil change and rotation. I was appreciative it was done quickly, but after the rotation, they never rechecked the tire pressures. One ton trucks have a 20 psi difference front to rear, and after leaving the dealer, my pressures were backwards. That means they never rechecked them after rotating them. More
