Why come 500 miles when lots Subaru dealers are closer? Because of my previous dealings nearly seven years ago with this dealer, I knew I would be treated fairly. The fact that the same sales representative was still there was just an unexpected bonus. I have no problem recommending them, although if you are an out-of-State buyer like I was, you have to be ready to put up with unnecessary extra steps to keep your resident State happy. After servicing, I drove to a nearby mall, tried to park/re-park my car and locked it up. Called Subaru for advice, they sent an employee within 10 minutes to take care of the problem. Subaru listens to their clients and then does the right thing by them every step of the way. More
