The guys and gals at Lithia Subaru on Kietzke Ln in Reno are awesome. From sales right through to the mechanics. Always courteous, helpful and so polite. I felt like a queen! Hugo in the front took very good care of me, he was so polite and respectful, and got my service ticket and loaner car ready in the blink of an eye! The mechanic was Ivan, and he too was polite and respectful and very good at explaining things so I could understand. It just doesn’t get any better. I’ll be a lifelong Subie owner for sure!!! 💙
Ivan Delgrego and Hugo don’t appear in the drop downs below, five stars for both of them! My 2019 Impreza was serviced about a month ago. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The incompetence is astonishing! I scheduled my service appointment online. then four days Later I called to confirm my appointment and confirm that it could be done in one day and I was told that it could be done in one hour. So, I took the day off work, I showed up to my appointment 20 minutes early and when I was finally helped I was informed that my car cannot be fixed today and they would be happy to reschedule. every time I go there to get my car serviced, they have never been able to do what they promised, in the timeframe they promise.

I went there for a recall and first I was told it was an all day job so I brought my car the night before. They gave me a rental and told me it would be done about 3. I called at 2:30 and was told at 5 it would be done . I got there at 5 and it was not . I sat there for an hour and a half . By this time 6:30 . The service rep comes out oh they are almost done and now I’m the last customer there and he says I’ll give you another loaner car and for sure it will be done tomorrow. So I get a call mid morning that it’s done. I get there and I see my car and the glove compartment is not flush and it’s kinda bent at the end. Well the ladies at the service garage are friendly enough, I couldn’t get an answer why my car was left like this! I mean how could you look at the job you did and see it’s subpar and say it’s good enough and all the whilst knowing that’s not how it looked before. The only thing I can think of is because I m a recall and not brining money into the store. My car is older and it’s just a glove box but it’s my car. I would seriously rethink any buying of a new car here because eventually it will need to be serviced and it won’t be returned to you the way you left it. I have to go back there again because it needs to be fixed again! I feel very disappointed and extremely devalued as a customer
