He didn't go above my price range, explained the pros and cons of various options I was considering, arranged for the return of my rental when I found THE car, and picked up my vehicle from the office during the work day, tonhave the options installed. I'm sure everyone at the dealership is good, but I hit the jackpot with Calvin. He's obviously very knowledgeable and experienced - but what I appreciated most was his humor and friendliness. Dan, in service, was also extremely nice... and patient. An important distinction when dealing with me. Adam in finance made a very dull procedure interesting and enjoyable. He explained each of the various warranty options, and helped me decide which would benefit me the most. More
