The next day he says “Will have answers today,” but it took an UNRETURNED phone call to the Sales Manager to have the sales guy text me back with the attached messages BLATANTLY LYING about the role of a co-signer and not needing to run credit! Shady salespeople can’t be trusted, and worse is when MANAGEMENT doesn’t follow through either! More

Y’all did a great! Your shop noticed transfer case was bad and are replacing it! Most dealerships would have kept mouth shut and said oh well your problem.
