I highly recommend this dealership! I came in looking for a used car as I didn’t think I would be able to afford a brand new car. I told Calvin what I was looking for and what I wanted my monthly payment to a used car as I didn’t think I would be able to afford a brand new car. I told Calvin what I was looking for and what I wanted my monthly payment to be. He made it happen beyond expectation! He got me in a brand new Hyundai Elantra with everything I could have asked for in a car. It’s a beautiful blue color with so many features. As a woman it’s hard to find a salesman who will speak to you directly and not your husband, even if your the one buying the car. Calvin spoke to me directly, asked what I wanted, and made sure the experience was all about me. Ladies, he’s your go to man. More

Calvin Harvey was the salesman we worked with and he was great. It’s really sad that the dealership he works for does such a poor job. We talked with them all week about a specific car and when we got there great. It’s really sad that the dealership he works for does such a poor job. We talked with them all week about a specific car and when we got there it wasn’t even the right one. Then they got mad at us saying it was “the same xxxx car”. It was a different color, but if I’m paying 20k I’m getting what I want. Some of the RUDEST people I’ve ever met in my life. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend anyone going to this dealership. If you’re blessed enough to speak with Calvin, congrats. If you get Sarah or anyone else RUN!! More

We have been in communication with the sales manager and internet manager that you worked with during your visit and prior, and there seems to have just been some confusion about vehicles eligible for certain pricing. We have certain vehicles that specifically get marked down to a lower price, to which other similar seeming vehicles are not eligible for that reduced pricing. Apparently there was some confusion in this regard, meaning that the exact vehicle you were wanting was not eligible for the same pricing as the one you viewed prior to coming into the store. Regardless, better communication on our part would have been helpful to avoid the confusion altogether.

Again it sounds like you just want to blame your terrible service on your customers. There was communication on both parts for a week straight about exactly which car. That’s not even the point here. The point is your staff is rude and unprofessional. I feel sorry for anyone trying to do business with you.
