The entire staff was friendly from the moment that I walked in the door. They knew I was there for the limited as I had placed a downpayment holding it. Zuella, Calvin, Mike, and Everett were all terrific to work with and made every effort to make sure that I was 100% satisfied! Zuella was new and this was her first car sale, so we got to do her "tie cutting" ceremony to mark the occasion which only enhanced the experience for me and my son, The Palisade is an incredible vehicle and they took time to make sure I knew all of the basics about the vehicle before driving off. Then the vehicle exceeding expectations in comfort, technology, style, and then gas mileage. It states 19/26 on the sticker, but I got 27.7 for the entire 125 mile trip back home and once I figured out how to reset the trip info, it got a whopping 32 miles to the galley at 74 mph cruise setting in eco mode. Amazing. I would highly recommend the staff at Allen Samuels to anyone looking for a Hyundai in the Jackson, TN area. I am totally satisfied with my experience there. Thanks, Terry More
