The customer service that was presented at this dealership was unlike any other I have experienced. I was in contact with the service department and due to things out of their control my current ve dealership was unlike any other I have experienced. I was in contact with the service department and due to things out of their control my current vehicle was taking longer than expected. Mr. Calvin (sales) met with me on the lot and listened to my concerns. Mr. Calvin asked what I wanted, and I told him. His reply was, "I'll make it happen". I drove off a few hours later in one of my dream vehicles. Not to mention a better deal than anyone else made me. It was professional but I did not feel like a dollar sign. They were understanding about the maintenance issues my new car was having and they made it right even though they did not have to. I finished the process with the finance manager, and she was so personable. She had everything lined out and ready to go. I will from now on use their sales and service department for any of my vehicle needs. More

It was time to purchase another vehicle. I have been working with Sales Consultant, Calvin Harvey for several months. He told me when I was ready to come and see him. Mr. Harvey went the extra mile to accommodate my needs the day I came in. He was extremely busy, but he made time for me. He was calm, patient, accommodating, and extremely courteous. Purchasing a vehicle can be intimidating, especially when you come in to a dealership alone. Mr. Harvey made my experience very uncomplicated. He had several customers, and worked with all of us in the same manner. I don't know how he juggled that without being very stressed. I also had interactions with other managers that talked to me like they knew me for years. Mr. Samuels has so many nice, wonderful, people working for his dealership. I will continue to be a loyal customer. My purchase was a 2023 Hyundai Venue. More
