Mr. Harvey went the extra mile to accommodate my needs the day I came in. He was extremely busy, but he made time for me. He was calm, patient, accommodating, and extremely courteous. Purchasing a vehicle can be intimidating, especially when you come in to a dealership alone. Mr. Harvey made my experience very uncomplicated. He had several customers, and worked with all of us in the same manner. I don't know how he juggled that without being very stressed. I also had interactions with other managers that talked to me like they knew me for years. Mr. Samuels has so many nice, wonderful, people working for his dealership. I will continue to be a loyal customer. My purchase was a 2023 Hyundai Venue. More
