Calvin exceeded the meaning of SERVICE ! ! Yes, your dealership is aesthetically pleasing, with all the bells and whistles!! But, a building without a firm foundation doesn’t stand strong. Th ! Yes, your dealership is aesthetically pleasing, with all the bells and whistles!! But, a building without a firm foundation doesn’t stand strong. The GM greeted me with enthusiasm and humility, never allowing his eyes to drift away from our conversation; which I appreciated. The barista, greeters and even the cleaning lady were personal and friendly. Not the easiest task, buying 2 cars simultaneously. Calvin the GM and I respectfully dealt back and fourth. The entire time, 4 hrs plus; Calvin took care of me. Checking in, offering refreshments, and offering his confident smile! I think he was just excited about my new car( as I was. I told him in the beginning. “ I am not buying a NEW car” Now a week later, Calvin upholds Customer Service. I look forward working with your Service dept.
