Bought a used Subaru from City Limits Subaru, and had issues with it the very next day, but the dealership took care of us, with zero hassle. I will be back when I'm next in the market! As it happens - we only stopped in the first time to check out a car they had used, which we were looking for other versions of - just to see how large the interior was. Calvin was kind enough to help us out, and we went on our merry way. With nearly zero pressure, we received a note from Calvin maybe a week later, and it was so pleasant that we took a look at their inventory again. (I found a lot of dealerships were very aggressive with their communications, which I found irritating. Not so with City Limits!) We ended up heading back there to see another vehicle a week or so later, and found we really loved the culture of this dealership and they ultimately won our business. More

Everyone on the team is so nice. The building itself is fantastic--spacious, clean, and has a complimentary coffee bar. I had been looking for a Crosstrek or a Forester for weeks, and, instead of pushy, Calvin was super helpful and was able to find me my perfect car the day it drove onto the lot. Calvin exceeded the meaning of SERVICE ! ! Yes, your dealership is aesthetically pleasing, with all the bells and whistles!! But, a building without a firm foundation doesn’t stand strong. Th ! Yes, your dealership is aesthetically pleasing, with all the bells and whistles!! But, a building without a firm foundation doesn’t stand strong. The GM greeted me with enthusiasm and humility, never allowing his eyes to drift away from our conversation; which I appreciated. The barista, greeters and even the cleaning lady were personal and friendly. Not the easiest task, buying 2 cars simultaneously. Calvin the GM and I respectfully dealt back and fourth. The entire time, 4 hrs plus; Calvin took care of me. Checking in, offering refreshments, and offering his confident smile! I think he was just excited about my new car( as I was. I told him in the beginning. “ I am not buying a NEW car” Now a week later, Calvin upholds Customer Service. I look forward working with your Service dept. FYI: my husband owns a Lexus TX. and says over and over how he prefers “ my” Ascent!! I’m excited to be a Suburu owner again! Blessings, Dana Mann More
