Great Salesman, but Shady and Deceptive Finance Dept (Beware of Dayshon Wade & Michael Abramov) ​I want to start by saying my salesman was professional and helpful. However, the Finance Department at New Country Lexus of Great Neck is absolutely deceptive. ​This is my second lease here, and history repeated itself. During my previous lease, the finance manager, Michael Abramov, forced me to pay an extra $1,000 for added options and made me wait for 3 hours. I was extremely upset then, but I decided to let it go and not leave a bad review ONLY because my salesman was good. ​I thought this time would be different, but I was wrong. The current Finance Manager, Dayshon Wade, tried the same manipulative tactics. My salesman clearly stated $4,200 including taxes and the first month’s payment. Yet, Dayshon initially quoted $4,300. When I called him out, he "discounted" the $100 as if doing me a favor. He then pressured me to pay the first month's payment again via credit card, even though it was already included in the $4,200. I eventually had to get a refund from the salesman after the contract was signed. ​This is a clear attempt at double-charging and fraudulent financial practices. I tried to be a loyal and patient customer, but this dealership continues to trick its clients. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with Lexus Corporate regarding these recurring deceptive practices. If you buy a car here, double-check every penny and STAY AWAY from Dayshon Wade and Michael Abramov. ​P.S. The GM clearly cherry-picks positive reviews to reply to and ignores real issues. They boast about being a top-rated Lexus dealer, but they must be talking about being the best at being the worst. More

Calvin Chu is a nusty person and very disrespectful person. Me and my wife walk in to the dealership trying to get my wife a new car. Calvin Chu approached us and already starts his nusty attitude. He acts like he is the buyer and we are the sale person. I have been in many different dealerships in my life including some of the luxury brands, like BMW, Mercedes Benz, Maserati and Porsches. I never have this type of experience from other dealerships not even a Toyota. Come on, you are literally a Toyota but covered with better quality material. Calvin might think I do not have money to buy or he may be too elegant to serve us. It is your job to introduce the car and explain the features of the car to your customers. It is normal that customers ask questions. I have a feeling that he just want to kick us out from this dealership. I do not recommend this dealer and especially this sale person Calvin Chu. He does not even earned one star and he doesn't even has basic sale person manner. I do not write review but this time I think I have to do it. More

Purchased a 2025 lexus nx350. Calvin was very helpful in finding the car I wanted. He called and said the car was ready and to come in by 2 pm to pick it up. 5 1/2 hours later and Calvin was very helpful in finding the car I wanted. He called and said the car was ready and to come in by 2 pm to pick it up. 5 1/2 hours later and being the only one left there they gave me a brief ( partially my fault due to how long I was there) going over of the car. But was told if there was anything that I didn't understand, you can come back and they would go over it. So,I called Calvin and he told me no problem bring it in tomorrow between 1 and 2. Brought in the car and was brought to the service area where I waited a half hour until I was told you need a reservation to be seen..You would think that they would accommodate me being I was told by Calvin to bring the car in, No they would not!!! This is my first review ever and now I feel hesitant to ever go back there. More

A good friend of mine hoops me up with Calvin Zhu. I signed the paper to buy NX 350 Luxury for $57K but I cancel the deal later because I found the markup is 2k to 3 k high than another dealer. He agreed to refund the deposit if I found a good deal with another dealer. He ignores my call and text for a week. So I went to the manager to ask for help, and they refunded me right on the spot. Throughout this experience, I have tips for all the buyers. 1. Don't trust a friend's friend !!! 2. Alway do your online search before you buy. 3. Dealer can't hold your deposit if you didn't drive their car home. 4. Keep all documents. 5. If the dealer doesn't help you with a refund. All you need is to ask the management team. You don't need to dispute your credit card because the dispute will cost $35 to the dealership, plus it makes a lot of people work. More

Calvin Zhu kept dodging my inquiry as to why my $1000 deposit had not been returned after I cancelled my order with him because he changed the original 2020 order to a 2021 model year order. Had to file deposit had not been returned after I cancelled my order with him because he changed the original 2020 order to a 2021 model year order. Had to file a complaint with Amex platinum to get my $1000 deposit back because he kept avoiding me. Terrible salesman and horrible dealership experience. Never going back here again. More
