I went into the dealership to buy a new car when I told them what I wanted they were pushy and constantly tired to upsell me. Then they provided a solution and get me a loaner car which was cheaper. The car I put money down on ended up being sold 3 month before I bought it. They then upsold me yet again and they changed the car I was buying 3 times in one day with no explanation given. When I showed up the car had a dent in it and also was well over the mileage they told me it would be at. I was then informed they didn't provide loaner vehicles for service which very much made me question the purchase. None the less, I really liked the car and went into financing where they were rude and made it clear they lied about the warranty the car would have throughout my week of trying to buy it. This ended my experience with them. I have never felt a dealership was less trustworthy in my entire life the absolute and utter lack of respect for how business should be done is apparent. I have never been blatantly lied to so many times before when making a huge purchase like a new car. I would never want anyone to have to deal with this dealership. I have never written a negative online review before this but how I was treated at this dealership was so bad that I almost had to. More
