My salesman was nice enough, I was pushed a bit into making my decision (but that is their job). It was once I started dealing with the finical department that it got BAD. There were moments when my emails and phone calls weren't being answered, I asked for important information and was ignored by multiple people at the dealership. They even screwed up so bad that my lease began in September but I was not able to even get the car until the middle of October. Honestly I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. I never write reviews on places but I think that more people should know about the hassles before having to suffer like I did. Horrible horrible horrible is all I can say. Do NOT go here find another Toyota in the area. Honestly it would be more worth it to drive out of the state to get a car than have to deal with this dealership. More

We have been customers of Rene Poche for all these years and it is nice to go to see an old friend when it's time for new vehicles. Rene never disappoints and this last time was exceptional!
