Even though the first salesperson would not be available for the time I'd be able to test drive, she set me up with a different sales person (Cameron Dean) for me to meet with, and everything was smooth sailing after. Just bought a 2017 Civic Hatchback We came into Roush specifically looking to purchase the Civic Hatchback after researching hatchbacks online and test driving the Mazda3. Even though we knew what we wanted, I still was not looking forward to going through the process. I was very pleasantly surprised. Cameron Dean worked with us and was extremely nice, helpful and professional. I don't see how this could have gone any better. They took our trade in and gave us a better end price than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend Roush and plan on getting service here as well. More

Terrific car-buying experience I only had plans to check out some Honda Civics this past Saturday. I had done business with Roush Honda many years ago but had bought my last Honda I only had plans to check out some Honda Civics this past Saturday. I had done business with Roush Honda many years ago but had bought my last Honda at a dealership that, for several reasons, I had lost faith in. I took my son with me and we were approached by Cameron who listened to my small wish list of options and must-haves that I wanted on my new car. I took a test drive in one of the Civics which reinforced my choice. Then, we met with Cameron and talked models and pricing. It turned out that I could get a model with more bells and whistles for only a small amount more than what I was looking at and still be within my mental budget. At no time, and this was important to me, did I feel pressured to buy 'up.' I chose a car, made a down payment and two days later finalized the deal. Again, I was presented with additional service and care options that I decided I didn't need and, again, I wasn't pressured to purchase anything. I now have my car and I know I'll enjoy a continuing relationship with Roush Honda. More
