The technician helped me diagnose the initial reason I took my vehicle to the dealer, after determining it did not need any work we identified other issues that need to be fixed. Even with all the time sp took my vehicle to the dealer, after determining it did not need any work we identified other issues that need to be fixed. Even with all the time spent diagnosing the other issue my vehicle was having they did not end up charging me since I did not have them replace the parts needed to fix the issue due to the cost vs the value of the vehicle. They were extremely helpful and professional in every interaction I had with them and gave me recommendations on what needed to be replaced on my vehicle if I wanted to have them complete the service in the future. More
