One star is the lowest rating accepted or I’d say zero. I have bout at least 25 cars in my lifetime and this place is the WORST. I traded my car for a slightly used one (first used car I ever bought). I live in AL and it was a 90 minute drive each way. My car had no lien and I gave them the title and paid cash for the car I bought. They assured me everything I needed to get plates transferred and registered in AL was in the folder. After being there 3 hours (I refused all extra warranties, etc.), the handed me the folder of paperwork, telling to wait while they cleaned the car (which had already been cleaned that morning) and filled the tank. When they brought the car back, they put my plates on it (no temporary tag) and handed me the keys. I almost ran out of gas on the way home because they had NOT put gas in it. I took it to the license branch the next day (take a number and wait 30 minutes) I got to the window and was told I didn’t have the necessary paperwork. I tried calling and being put on hold for 20 minutes and having the call go back to reception and back on hold for another 20 minutes multiple times for 2 days. Finally spoke to salesman and finance manager who kept telling me I had the paperwork. I said I gave you the title to my car (it had no lien), where is the title to the car I bought that had been traded to them with no lien. I said I’m sure you got the title and I need it. Kept telling me they didn’t have it. Didn’t even say sorry for not filling the tank. The 3rd day they they said they would send me the title by UPS (guess they found it after all?) and would email me the tracking number. Never got an email. Ten days later UPS delivered the title. Not omly do they not know what they’re doing, they don’t care. You can’t reach anyone when you call and being 90 miles away I couldn’t just walk-in. They flat out lie repeatedly. I will NEVER do business with them again. More

Nonetheless, upon examining the paperwork, I found that I only received a $500 rebate, resulting in a final pur for the 2025 Nissan Frontier Pro 4x4. Moreover, the vehicle was not fully loaded, and the salesperson neglected to inform me that the "Vehicle Protection Plan" for $2,399 consisted of pre-existing features such as tinted windows, paint protection, and nitrogen-filled tires. I was also misinformed about the unlimited oil change package and the 7-year free oil change promotion, which in reality only lasted for 3 years. I strongly recommend that others thoroughly review all documentation and exercise caution when dealing with deceptive sales practices.$43,456 plus $1200 tint, and nitrous in tires.plus $1199 p-plate surface protection, plus $1362 Maintenance contract!! Total plus the trade in, add on, that I did not ask. More
