Once they have your money, they have no interest in addressing your needs or returning any phone calls. If you complain about how you’ve been treated, expect a surly, disinterested hostile response from Pride’s General Manager. Though you pay extra to have your car registered, don’t expect them to call and inform you when your plates are ready. If you’re lucky maybe they’ll inform you when your plates are ready, before the Police pull you over to inform you. Three messages left, no return call. After leaving a message with the Sales Manager, no return call from him. Finally the Salesman who blew me off called and told me he got busy and forgot about me. The next day when attempting to place a complaint for the manner in which I was treated, the General Manager downplayed my complaint saying “It was the last day of the month and they have to get their sales”. The GM was extremely rude and refused to address my complaint. At Pride Hyundai, sales come before common courtesy of customers who have already purchased vehicles. This dealership is rotten from the top. When the GM’s only interest is sales, who refuses to take complaints about his employees. More

Went in for new brakes and tires. Was originally told it would take approximately 6 hours. I did not have a set time so was fine with it. Received an update 2 minutes before the original time of service appointment that it would not be ready until 6:00PM. Having issues with timeliness in the past I arrived at 6:03PM to find that the service department was closed. No one at any point told me that they would be closing and to be there early to get my car. When I arrived home I reviewed the bill and my car to find that they did the lower brand of tires from what we originally agreed upon for the same price. Have used this dealership many times for service in the past but will no long continue to do so. More
