Things could have been different for me had I not walked out of DePaula Chevrolet after some of the worst and most insulting customer service I'd ever experienced. Walking into Mohawk Honda, had I not walked out of DePaula Chevrolet after some of the worst and most insulting customer service I'd ever experienced. Walking into Mohawk Honda, I was immediately greeted by 2 awesome people, Rick and Camren. They were very pleasant and made sure that I was accommodated at all times. I was teamed up with the wonderful salesperson I soon met after, Zach. He spoke to me not as just a client, but a real person. He was thorough in showing me features of the car before and during the test drive. And when it came to numbers, these words sold me, "Can I keep your business if I can do this for you?" 10/10 customer service, and the car is beautiful. Would not think twice before referring anyone. More

I felt that my needs were listened to and accommodated. They were flexible and really went out of their way to enable me to complete my purchase. I could not be happier or more satisfied with the process, deal, and car. They truly did everything in their power to help me purchase the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford, and I could not be more grateful. We spoke about how my lease could change and went through all the numbers. Camren really worked hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable with getting into a new lease. Once he gave me some time to think about it, we agreed and I left feeling happy with my decision to get a new accord lease. More
