Camren Mckenna was recommended by a friend and I'm glad she did. He was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He showed me a few of the cr-v's and I did drive one. The one I wanted wasn't available at that time (someone else had it). I went back a few days later and drove the one I eventually bought. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was extremely friendly and the service we got from Dean and Camren was really good. Junior was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions on our new car. Overall, I would have rated the experience with five stars, but I was disappointed and frustrated by the business manager we worked with. We made it very clear that we had our financing already secured from another location. He continued to try to convince us to go with his financing which we repeatedly said we were not interested in. At one point, his words and facial expressions made it clear he thought we were idiots because we were not taking his deal and financing. We understand that you are trying to sell your product, but once we say we aren't interested, you should be happy that we bought a $25k car from you and let it go. Just because you don't understand our reasons, doesn't mean we are stupid and don't deserve to be treated with respect. Despite the one negative of our experience, we would recommend you to friends. More

Definitely one of my best car buying experiences! From my initial contact with Mohawk Honda we were treated with respect. I corresponded with Tricia through email first. Even though I didn't know exactly what I was looking for she encouraged me to come in and discuss all the different options. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and immediately introduced to Camren. We expressed interest in a new CR-V and within minutes we were test driving one and learning about all the new features. This dealership is top notch when it comes to customer service! I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt as though it is understood that my time is valuable and every effort is made to not leave you waiting for very long. I was extremely impressed with how friendly everyone is and the outstanding service department. That is why I wanted to make sure we had the three year maintenance agreement included. I can't say enough about Mohawk Honda and have already been telling everyone I know to go see Camren when they need a car. Camren was with someone when we arrived to pick up our car. To make sure we weren't waiting Travis jumped in and explained everything about our new car while waiting for Camren to join us. They truly work as a team. More
