Excellent and Honest from Beginning to End I had begun my search online. The next day I was contacted by Wes Baker. The day after that I came in to look at a 2013 Veloster I was interested in after calling back Wes and asking him about the car. As soon as I got there the car was ready for me to test drive. After the test drive we discussed pricing and other details. He went over everything and explained why so there was no way things could be misunderstood. The honesty with which Wes handled the deal from the beginning made me initially feel very comfortable and in the end was what sold me on making the deal with Wes at Coastal Hyundai. The forward approach in which Wes worked with me (and I presume with anyone else he works with when they are choosing a car) was really refreshing. There was nothing hidden because everything was up front unlike some other dealerships I have been to. I highly recommend Coastal Hyundai for your next vehicle shopping experience. Their cars are of excellent quality and the service is Bar None. More

They actually acted as if they wanted to make me satified I purchased a new 2015 vehicle at the end of the model year because of the closeout pricing. The car that I wanted was located at another dealership I purchased a new 2015 vehicle at the end of the model year because of the closeout pricing. The car that I wanted was located at another dealership and it was transported to Coastal Hyundai. After it arrived, the salesman and I noticed tree sap on the paint. They tried to remove it but there were rings noticeable on the paint even after they tried to remove it. I did not want a new car that needed a paint job. I expected a big hassle with trying to get another car without spots, but to my amazement, they when out and tried to find a replacement vehicle, but there were no 2015s available. They did find a 2016 and they swapped my 2015 for the 2016. The new car had more options that the 2015. I can't complain, just the opposite. I say thanks for doing the right thing. More

This is my fourth Hyundai I have purchased here, and with their recognition that my wife had health issues we were done and out of there in the fastest time I have ever experienced in my life time, I'm 74 years old. Everything was perfect at the delivery. We are very happy with our new car witch came with a great deal to make it more affordable for us. Also I might add that I know from past experience that I can look forward to great honest service when needed. Also traveling from Fort Pierce FL some fifty miles can give you some Idea of how we feel about Costal Hyundai as there are dealers much closer to us!
