Took my recently-purchased 2018-F150 LTD i expectations I have for their service department. Professional diagnosis, rapid repair, terrific result! Took my recently-purchased 2018-F150 LTD in at 26,000 miles, for an oil change. Mentioned the engine had a cold-start rattle and vibration buzz on acceleration/deceleration. In less than 30-seconds CJ found TSB-20-2315, worn Variable Camshaft Timing unit and TSB 20-2016 excessive play in turbo wastegate linkage. The repairs were completed days before I expected. Special thanks to the mechanic who did the work. Best of all, on the trip back home, mpg increased from 17.5-18.0 mpg to 21.9 mpg!! As I'd hoped, with the turbos no longer dumping boost through the waste gate, mpg jumped dramatically. Thanks, CJ! Thanks service techs! Thank you Auto Park Ford! More
