Very nice, and easy to work with. She put me in a loaner vehicle all 3 times I had to leave my van with them. It was an easy and fast transfer from the minute I walked through the door to leave my keys/van vehicle all 3 times I had to leave my van with them. It was an easy and fast transfer from the minute I walked through the door to leave my keys/van with them, to the minute I drove away in one of Auto Park Ford’s free loaner vehicles (which were super nice 2020 vehicles)!
