Only disappointment was but my own spark plugs wanted to return and get the correct ones But for some reason no one knew the year and model number of engine going in. Would have saved me $5 per plug othe return and get the correct ones But for some reason no one knew the year and model number of engine going in. Very nice, and easy to work with. She put me in a loaner vehicle all 3 times I had to leave my van with them. It was an easy and fast transfer from the minute I walked through the door to leave my keys/van vehicle all 3 times I had to leave my van with them. It was an easy and fast transfer from the minute I walked through the door to leave my keys/van with them, to the minute I drove away in one of Auto Park Ford’s free loaner vehicles (which were super nice 2020 vehicles)!
