I'm very unsatisfied with the quality of the vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. I purchased a 2022 Chevy Blazer in March with 9 miles on it and had to bring it back the next day because it lost I purchased from this dealership. I purchased a 2022 Chevy Blazer in March with 9 miles on it and had to bring it back the next day because it lost its ability to accelerate and had an awful burning smell. Took it back they fixed it, saying it was a coil loose, OK! Why though! But I drove it! Four months later I'm driving and my Check Engine Light comes on and it looses its acceleration again! They take it and now I'm confused as too why my overpriced 2022 Chevy Blazer is having transmission issues. I'm emotional and irritated because I need my vehicle, and the whole purpose of getting a new, undriven vehicle is for reliability, dependability, fashion, and because I chose this brand and model. When I could have went and got anything. A whole 3 weeks later I'm back in my Blazee, just to have it for 4 days and the same issue occurs. Needless to say my car is back in the shop. I feel like I should be given a whole new car. That car is defected and should be junked. I'm over annoyed, frustrated, and have lost all trust in Chevy, and this particular dealership. More

I came to Webb Chevy to buy a specific new car on the lot. I experienced some confusion/mistakes when negotating price: at first I was told a very fair price (MSRP), but when getting the final numbers in lot. I experienced some confusion/mistakes when negotating price: at first I was told a very fair price (MSRP), but when getting the final numbers in writing, there were some extra addons that I was told couldn't be taken off, which didn't make me happy. Later, Chris came in and told me that there was a mistake (the addons weren't required, after all), and after that everything was fine. While I can't be completely certain whether this was just an honest mistake, everything was fixed in the end and the experience after that point was pretty smooth. However, everything also moved extremely slowly and took forever; I don't know if this is because of covid or it's just a busy time of day/month/year or what, but the process basically took all day (most of it over the phone/online, but even then it took several hours after physically coming in). My sales guy Adrian was good company during the long waits, offering plenty of conversation to fill in the time. More
