we had set up a time with another consultant through the on web page, when we got there Jon Frederick was available and made it a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Bought a Jeep 8/11, was assured it was in “excellent condition” repeatedly via email and text. I paid it in full, in cash. They were QUICK to take my money and close the deal. 8/27 the transfer case lit condition” repeatedly via email and text. I paid it in full, in cash. They were QUICK to take my money and close the deal. 8/27 the transfer case literally exploded going down the hwy. Jeff at Alpine Nissan Denver, 8 hours after I sent them the pictures told me their mechanics said it was the transmission. After a 15 minute Google search I, as a non mechanic found that it was the transfer case. Jeff at Alpine Nissan Denver had no answers, offered zero assistance, told me “that sucks” and to find a towing company and mechanic. $6,000 repair. I would never buy from them again. I realize why the average American does NOT trust car salesmen. They definitely sold me a LEMON, knowingly. More
