Carissa could not have been more professional. From my first minutes there, and even ahead of time when I phoned for directions, I knew I was being helped by the best. (Of course, it didn’t hurt that she came very highly recommended by the senior sales executive at Tasca HQ in Cranston who’d been helping me.) Carissa’s expertise, candor and listening skills inspired confidence at every stage, whether we were comparing models, features and pricing strategies or out on the road for a test drive. Ultimately, though I wound up staying with the car brand I’d leased originally — they made me an offer I couldn’t refuse — I’d go back to Carissa in a flash if for any reason my chosen vehicle doesn’t work out as expected. In short, Carissa promptly obtained any particulars I asked for, including measuring all over in two models’ cargo areas. By the end I knew she’d truly given me all the data and insights I could ever need to choose the right Kia for me. Best of all, I never caught one tremor of pressure or self-dealing from her.
