Terrible experience. Drove 2 hours to test drive used car. Decided to buy and price jumped up by $4000 over price listed on website for MANDATORY add ons. My son purchased a new Ram from Napletons North Palm Autopark back on March 6th, not only didn't they return our calls for 3 weeks but they didn't pay off his trade in for over a month and a half. Lucki Autopark back on March 6th, not only didn't they return our calls for 3 weeks but they didn't pay off his trade in for over a month and a half. Luckily we got a call back just before his temporary plate expired, they sent us a new one but that expired a week ago and he still hasn't received his plates or registration. Once again they are ignoring his emails. Not sure how they stay in business if they treat customers like this. More

Fast and furious!! The whole team at Napleton Jeep were AWESOME!! Both managers, DJ and Dan got involved to make the deal happen, and our salesman C.B. listened to what The whole team at Napleton Jeep were AWESOME!! Both managers, DJ and Dan got involved to make the deal happen, and our salesman C.B. listened to what we needed. I called on the phone to make sure the vehicle was instock prior to coming in. They assured me they would give me a great deal if I came in - and not only did they give the better deal in town, they did it without playing games. Thanks again DJ, Dan and C.B. !!! There was no back and forth, and we were out of the dealership in a reasonable amount of time. Would DEFINITELY recommend you stop in - you won’t regret it!! More
