My salesperson, Carl Carter, immediately greeted me when I walked in the door in a respectful and pleasant manner. I had traveled from Colorado Springs to look at a used car I had my eye on that I hoped would still be there when I arrived. I was not disappointed that I made the trip. I arrived at 1:15 pm and had the keys to my new car at 3:15 pm. I could not be happier. I would not hesitate to go all the way back to see Carl and Keith Emmons, the Finance Manager, again.
