Great buying experience! I had been looking for a small SUV for a few months. Lots of time was spent researching on-line before I even visited a dealer. I initially went to a nearby dealer and was treated very poorly. No one really listened to me and I felt unimportant. A few weeks later, after more on-line research, I stopped in Northtowne Mitsubishi to look at 2 cars I really liked on their website. Carl greeted me immediately and spent time telling me about the Outlander Sport and answering all of my questions. He was patient and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision immediately.
