I am always hesitant about car dealerships. I only ever bought a new car once in my life. But I knew I HAD to have a Ford Bronco Sport as a new vehicle. I soon found out how hard they are to come by. I had bought a new car once in my life. But I knew I HAD to have a Ford Bronco Sport as a new vehicle. I soon found out how hard they are to come by. I had calls out to multiple dealerships. Many other dealerships didn't feel supportive (one even took a deposit from me only to call me back later and said multiple people had placed a deposit on the same car!) Another dealership bugged me to drive in one night, only to have sold it that same night to someone else. Then enter Carl-- he had me on his list for this very specific make/model/color. I was nervous when he called me in the morning. I was scared he wouldn't be able to hold it for me until I got off work. But he committed to me that he would and he followed through on that promise! Which is awesome because I'm sure he easily could have sold it to someone else by 5p! I absolutely love my new car-- it's everything I thought it would be. Carl was SO nice and helpful-- went out of his way to explain everything to me. Has since followed up via text to check in. And I'm moving to AZ soon and he's offered to get me in touch with a dealership out there to support me with services going forward. Truly the best and I can't recommend Carl and Krieger Ford enough! Fantastic service! More
