When I had an oil change on September prior to a trip to PA the next day, the service center made a serious mistake. Soon after crossing the SC border the red trouble light for oil pressure came on, stoppin PA the next day, the service center made a serious mistake. Soon after crossing the SC border the red trouble light for oil pressure came on, stopping at the next rest area I called and and it was confirmed I could not drive further so I called AAA for a tow to the dealer in Anderson. As the car was put on the tow truck oil gushed out. I had to be in PA so got a rental car while the service center assessed whether there was damage to my car. On pickup Monday it was confirmed that the Athens shop had not installed the oil plug correctly and from the leak on the road to it falling out completely I would be stranded somewhere on the road. No one in Athens called me not ever offering an apology for what was a very serious and dangerous situation. I have attempted to contact someone at the Athens dealership, someone finally called, left a message but when I call I have never been able to talk to anyone. I of course want reimbursement for the rental, the added time, inconvenience it is suggested I am also due compensation. How do I trust this dealership to service my car again More
