Good thing they can do as they please so they "repaired" my tire for free and they guy did such an amazing job we could find the plug. More

Bought a used vehicle in September of 2022. Two weeks after I bought it, the water pump went out. It was. Used Jeep with only 32,000 miles so it SHOULD have been covered under manufacture warra Two weeks after I bought it, the water pump went out. It was. Used Jeep with only 32,000 miles so it SHOULD have been covered under manufacture warranty. I say should have because MOPAR said the work had to be done by a Jeep dealer. To my surprise I got a call from the Jeep dealer asking who was going to cover the bill. I said it should still be covered under the manufacturer warranty. Her response was that normally that would be true but when they ran my VIN, it came back as a Canadian registered vehicle. I had no idea nor did I even know what that meant until she explained it to me. It went back to Clement and they were nice enough to fix it. Now with only 57,000 miles on it, it is in getting a new transmission. Thankfully I had bought an extended warranty at purchase so I will only be out my deductible BUT had it not been a Canadian registered vehicle this would have also been covered by manufacturer. Now when I pick it up from getting a new transmission, MOPAR will not warranty it at all because it is a Canadian vehicle like it would have, had it been a US vehicle. I was not told that the vehicle I was purchasing was a Canadian vehicle before I purchased it. This was a shady deal at best! Had I been told that this vehicle was a Canadian registered vehicle prior to purchase and what that meant, I would not have purchased this vehicle. NEVER AGAIN! More

This whole establishment is a circus! I signed the papers for my vehicle on 5-24-22. I was told the vehicle would be ready in a couple of days. After getting the run around playing phone I signed the papers for my vehicle on 5-24-22. I was told the vehicle would be ready in a couple of days. After getting the run around playing phone tag and blatantly being lied to for several weeks I finally was able to receive my vehicle. Once received the car was not cleaned and smelled like a someone nude drove it with no ac in 90 degree weather. so I drove the car not even a week before my temp take expired. So now moving forward on 7/22/22 the car stopped on the highway. After a 4 days the service department looked at it and said oh, its low on oil that's it. They stiff me for an oil change and after picking the car up and driving a couple miles the car stalls and does the same thing as before. I am furious that i even wasted my time and money doing business with these clowns. I probably would get more bang for my buck at a real circus tent. Please do not patronize this establishment as you will be in a long line of dissatisfied customers. How can you spend thousands of dollars with and establishment and get treated like a a 2nd class citizen. More
