I have bought many cars over the ye Wow! Mr. Khaled Elridi at AutoPark was one of the best (if not THE best) sales consultant I have ever worked with! I have bought many cars over the years and, based on past experience, was expecting the experience to be a long, drawn out process. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Negotiations were pleasant, straightforward and quick! Mr. Elridi was extremely knowledgeable about what he was selling and, clearly, believes in the quality of his product and the integrity of the dealership. (I can also say the same for, John Escano, the finance guy. Top-notch employees!) One other thing about Khaled that impressed me was that he went out of his way, on his own personal time and, AFTER the deal was done, to give me a ride back from Car Max (who offered me more for my trade-in). (Proof, to me, that building the customer relationship was more important to him than the individual sale.) Kudos! More
