I received my car back with a problem that I had never experienced before. Audio, haptic feedback, navigation, USB were all not functioning. Turns out that they unplugged the amplifier, which impacts all of these systems in the car. Fortunately for me I was able to find the issue myself and plug all the cables back in. More

I informed the service advisor what I thought the problem could be with my car. They called me a few days later to say that they solved the issue and that it was not what I was predicting. Shortly thereafter I received another call indicating that the problem occurred again and they needed to do $600 worth of diagnosis. I approved and they ultimately told me that the problem was what I had initially predicted to them. So I received a $600 charge just for them to confirm what I already knew. More
