I received my car back with a problem that I had never experienced before. Audio, haptic feedback, navigation, USB were all not functioning. I immediately let them know of this problem when I picked up m experienced before. Audio, haptic feedback, navigation, USB were all not functioning. I immediately let them know of this problem when I picked up my car and was told that I would need to bring my car back another day for diagnosis (I am presuming they would charge me for this). Turns out that they unplugged the amplifier, which impacts all of these systems in the car. Fortunately for me I was able to find the issue myself and plug all the cables back in. More

I informed the service advisor what I thought the problem could be with my car. They called me a few days later to say that they solved the issue and that it was not what I was predicting. I was informed th could be with my car. They called me a few days later to say that they solved the issue and that it was not what I was predicting. I was informed that I could pick up my car. Shortly thereafter I received another call indicating that the problem occurred again and they needed to do $600 worth of diagnosis. I approved and they ultimately told me that the problem was what I had initially predicted to them. So I received a $600 charge just for them to confirm what I already knew. More

Screw head found its way into the sidewall of a rear tire. Without an appointment I dropped by Land Rover Schaumburg Carlo understood the situation and was able to locate and install a new tire quic tire.
