As soon as we met Carlo, we knew we would be getting car through him that day. He is the personification of how a luxury brand experience should be. More often than none, customers are treated like a number especially in sales. I never felt pushed or pressured to make a decision. Everything was tailored to my husband’s and my needs. After some lengthy discussion, we decided on a specific model/make. During the test drive everything (features and etc) were explained to us in great detail. Carlo went above and beyond to make sure that our needs and wants were met. We would recommend that everyone speak to Carlo Onsingco from BMW of Freeport when looking for a car! He is genuine, amicable, and very professional. Financial Manager Joel Torrecampo helped my husband and I with the documents/financial aspects. The salesman whom the receptionist I stopped by to shop around in Oct. last year but I unexpectedly went home with a brand new 330i five hours later. The salesman whom the receptionist assigned to me was Carlo Ongsingco. Carlo is very courteous, patient, fair and conscientious. The negotiation was easy and flawless. None of those intimiditation tricks that I did not need my boyfriend to rescue me. Carlo helped me in anyway he could to reach to a comfortable but fair agreement. I took the vehicle home at almost 9 pm only to find out that there were minor issues to the bumper the next day. He was more than kind enough to facilitate the service for the car which I had to reschedule a couple of times. He was always prompt in responding to my calls. He always treated me with respect. I highly recommended him to my friends and family and nevertheless to the Filipino community in Long Island. I can see his passion for his job the way he deals with his customers like me. I can foresee his overwhelming success in the future. Keep up the great job Carlo! More
