I wish you had a sign in the customer waiting area that asked people to go outside to have loud phone conversations with their speakers on. No one needs to listen to calls like that. Carlo Verde provided me a STELLAR customer service experience! He goes above and beyond when he sees a customer even when he just walked into the lobby and that is what exactly he has done. It was a bit difficult getting my service scheduled. But once that was done, the service was completed in the time predicted. I was able to get a loaner car that was nice while the work was done. That service sucks! When I got my car the headlight trim was pulled out so I called Lucia and she said she will call the technician, she did, he fixed th3 headlight trim When I got my car the headlight trim was pulled out so I called Lucia and she said she will call the technician, she did, he fixed th3 headlight trim but when I got into my car I saw my windshield has a crack about an inch so I called Lucia again and this time she denied that it was from them I even tried to tell her you guys took a picture of my car when I got here. We both know my windshield do not have anything when I brought it here. She reasoned out it could've been a small rock hit it and it just got worse after the complimentary car wash they offered. I'm the owner and been driving my car I would've known if it has been there. I tried calling their service department Jose Rocha the service department manager as he introduced himself. Told me I should call my insurance, like what? I should call my insurance for something that they did to my car, are you kidding me? Even asked me to stop by for him to show me how it happened but never offered to fix my broken windshield. Like wow! I just can't, it happened in your facility and I have to have my insurance fix it. Seriously. You guys are joke! Never coming back to that place for any service! If I could give you zero star I would! More
