Embarrassing We bought our 2018 Odyssey from Manly Honda a couple years ago. The windshield wipers just stopped working. We had to buy a new motor for it. I talked to the manager who said defensively 'I didn't manufacture the car' which is true but I bought it from your dealership, so it is such a weak response. He asked me what I wanted (to get me to leave) and I asked about the warranty on the windshield wipers, he said they are covered for 12 months. That's it!? for windshield wipers? Shouldn't they last for decades? Just embarrassing. More
